Alder Koten expanded into Latin America with the opening of an office in Bogota, Colombia during the third quarter of 2012. The office, is headed by Daniela Gomez has joined the firm as Managing Partner in Bogota to oversee all activities in the region.
Prior to joining Alder Koten, Daniela served as the Human Resources Director at CEDIM in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Prior experience in executive search includes working at Korn Ferry International – Mexico. She has performed search work in the consumer products, restaurant and hospitality, automotive, construction, financial services and education industries.
Daniela earned a bachelor´s degree in Organizational Psychology from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
