The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) announced today that the Board of Directors approved the addition of Alder Koten as a member firm in a unanimous vote.
The Association of Executive Search Consultants is the professional body representing retained executive search consulting firms around the world and has always striven to represent the highest quality in executive search and thus its membership criteria are rigorous and only the most professional firms are admitted into membership.
Member firms adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice guidelines that help comply with the highest standards.
