HOUSTON, Jun 10, 2012 — Alder Koten, Inc. the talent advisory firm focused on helping clients acquire, develop and transition leadership talent, announced today that Felipe Llaguno has joined the firm as a Managing Partner to continue to build and strengthen Alder Koten’s presence in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and Mexico. Felipe will also lead the firm’s practice for family owned businesses.
Lucrecia Guerrero is also joining the team as an Executive Search Consultant in the Monterrey office. With the addition of Felipe and Lucrecia, Alder Koten is building the foundation to become a top talent advisory firm in the region.
Prior to joining Alder Koten, Felipe was a partner with Amrop in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He has performed work in multiple industries serving clients such as Grupo Alfa, Home Depot, Amway, Grupo Senda, Grupo Industrial Saltillo, and FEMSA, among others. His professional experience also includes various executive positions in commercial and corporate banking with Confia-Citibank, Banorte and Banca Afirme. Felipe is also Member of the Board of ‘Fundacion Tarahumara Jose A. Llaguno ABP’. He earned a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Lucrecia Guerrero’s prior experience in executive search includes managing the research department at Korn Ferry International (Monterrey). She has performed search work in multiple industries with a strong regional focus. Her professional experience also includes positions in client services, personnel services and IT consulting with ArcaContinental and ASSA. Lucrecia earned a master’s degree in Counseling from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
